Once your code is applied, select your preferred visit date and available timed entry ticket to complete your booking.

Only one Gift Ticket code can be redeemed per transaction.
If one code is valid for multiple guests, all guests included on that code can be booked together.
For example, a code valid for 5 Adults can be redeemed in one transaction. A separate code for 2 Children would need to be redeemed in a second transaction.

Gift Tickets can be redeemed against any available standard timed entry during the validity period.
You can book in advance or redeem on the day, subject to online availability.
Gift Tickets cannot be redeemed against Special Events, Family Tickets, Any Time Tickets or other special experiences.

No. Once a Gift Ticket has been redeemed for a visit date and time, the booking cannot be rescheduled.
We recommend redeeming your Gift Ticket once you are confident you can attend.

Gift Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The code must be used to make a booking before it expires. Your visit itself can take place after the expiry date.

Yes. Gift Ticket options are grouped by the number of guests included on each redemption code.
If you are buying for different recipients, purchase a separate grouped Gift Ticket for each recipient or household.
For example, if you are gifting 2 Adult tickets to one person and 2 Adult tickets to another, select 2 Gift Tickets – Adult twice.
